Amber Heard was famously married to Johnny Depp, then she dated Elon Musk twice, now it looks like she is with Sean Penn. The two were spotted looking cozy at Sunset Tower Bar in Los Angeles on Saturday. They shared a bottle of red wine and some intense and flirty conversation according to my witness. Amber, who is 31 and Sean who is 57, also enjoyed a late-night date after the Oscars last weekend.
Tim McGraw collapsed onstage while performing at the C2C Festival in Dublin, Ireland, last night. Tim had just finished performing his song “Humble and Kind” during a co-headlining set with wife Faith Hill when he dropped to his knees, then sat down onstage and needed assistance getting up and offstage. After a short break, Faith came back and told fans that her hubby wouldn’t be returning to the stage. “We’re all feeling a bit dehydrated, traveling so much,” Faith explained. “He’s been super dehydrated. I apologize, but I made the decision that he cannot come back out onstage.” She concluded the set by performing a gospel song called “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.”
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were visited by police when they took their five children out to dinner on Friday, marking the third time in nine days that authorities have been in contact with the couple. Officers spoke to the two at Black Bear Diner in Tarzana, California. They also escorted the family out of the restaurant. Tori appeared to be taking photos during the ordeal. It’s been a tumultuous month for two of them. Police were first called to their home on March 1 after someone called 911 to report a verbal dispute. Dean called 911 on March 11 to request that someone check on his wife’s well-being.
Last week, video went viral of a little girl named Iris crying because she wanted to talk to Uncle Jesse from Fuller House. “I want Uncle Jesse,” she wails in the clip. Her mom Rachel Houston consoles her by saying they can look at photos of him online. John Stamos, who plays Uncle Jesse, was touched. “This made my world! I need to FaceTime with this young lady. #adorbs,” he wrote on Instagram. He followed through on his promise and called up Iris in Columbia, Tennessee, over the weekend. The actor shared a screenshot of the two on a call and captioned it, “Well, I had an illuminating 15 min, 43 sec FaceTime chat with my new friend, Iris. We laughed, we cried, then we laughed again. We covered it all and hopefully she’ll take me up on my invite to visit the #FullerHouse set this summer. Thanks to her sweet mom, @RachLHouston XO.”
Girls creator Lena Dunham is known for being outspoken on social media. However, she says she is moving away from the sense that she has to share her opinion about everything. She says she now has a team of about 19 people who are, at any point, ready to stop her from tweeting–many of them paid. Lena acknowledges that being involved in her fair share of controversy has led to her having some educational conversations with people. “Criticism teaches you about yourself and your blind spots,” she notes.
Olivia Munn took to Instagram over the weekend to shut down reports that she’s dating her friend Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband Justin Theroux. The actress shared a screenshot of a conversation with her publicist, in which she was warned that a media outlet was preparing a story about the romance. “Since they said they’re running that story even if we said it’s 100 million percent not true, I thought I’d just let you guys know on my own that it’s not,” she wrote. Oliva continued, “Dear Tabloids, Please stop matching me with my friends’ exes. No disrespect to people who date their friends’ exes, that’s just not my style. Kthxbye! — OM.” Oliva has been targeted by tabloids; it was previously reported that she was dating her friend Anna Faris’ ex Chris Pratt. She denied those reports as well.
Jessica Chastain donated $2,000 to one woman’s fertility battle after she slammed her on social media. It all started when Jessica shared a shot of herself on Instagram wearing a T-shirt that read, “We Should All Be Feminists,” with the caption, “FEMINISM: the theory of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes.”
Karin H. Schulz commented: “Yes feminist that believe in God and stand up for The Unborn. I would be for that kind of feminist.”
Jessica, who is an outspoken supporter of Planned Parenthood and pay equity, wrote that while she didn’t agree with her, she supported her right to have her say. She then added: “I read about your journey to become a mother and it broke my heart. I hope that your dream will come true in 2018! Much love to you. @karinhschulz My eyes filled with tears as I read this, dear Karin. I have such belief in your dream. Don’t give up sister. It’s in your destiny.”
Karin, it turns out, has a GoFundMe page explaining her and her husband Jeremy’s long struggle with fertility. It reads in part: “I felt like I had failed Jeremy. The idea of having us to go into debt to become pregnant made me so, so sad. It is hard to know your body doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. But even through it all, we remember that God is faithful and true, and He has great plans for us. He knows the desires of our hearts to become parents.”
Her fertility treatments are not covered by health insurance. Jessica kicked in $2,000, and wrote on the page: “You’ll be wonderful parents who teach love by example. Someday youll hold your baby. Dont give up ❤.”
Whoa! “Blossom” star Joey Lawrence and his wife have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. In the court filing, Joey listed assets totaling close to $44,000 and liabilities (in the form of back taxes, credit card bills, an unpaid loan and unpaid rent, and car payments) totaling over $355,000. Things got so bad that the couple sold purses and wallets on eBay, used men and women’s clothing to Buffalo Exchange, and furniture to a consignment shop. They also had three cars repossessed. The debt was forgiven, but the bankruptcy is pending.
Jackass star Steve-O took to social media over the weekend to celebrate 10 years of sobriety. “Hard to believe it’s been an entire decade since I’ve had a drink of booze or any drug stronger than Advil (except when I’ve been in hospitals having surgery),” he wrote on Instagram. “I just can’t put into words how grateful I am for @JohnnyKnoxville and the rest of the guys who locked me up in a psychiatric ward on March 9, 2008, where this journey began. Thank you, dudes, I really love you.” In addition to reaching the 10-year mark, Steve-O is busy planning his wedding with longtime girlfriend Lux Wright, after popping the question in early January.
Lisa Bonet has broken her silence on the dozens of sexual assault allegations her former TV dad is facing.
Speaking with Net-a-Porter for their April cover story, she says she wasn’t aware of any specific incidents, but that she had sensed a dark energy in his presence on The Cosby Show and A Different World. She says, “There was just energy. And that type of sinister, shadow energy cannot be concealed.” Asked if she felt a darkness about him, Lisa says, “Always. And if I had anything more to reveal then it would have happened a long time ago. That’s my nature. The truth will set you free.”
She adds that she and Bill did not part ways on good terms. Bill reportedly fired her over “creative differences,” which allegedly arose over her decision to do sex scenes with Mickey Rourke in 1987’s Angel Heart and grace the cover of Interview nude to promote the film.
Of the allegations, she says: “I don’t need to say, ‘I told you so.’ I just leave all that to karma and justice and what will be.”
Bill’s retrial for his alleged 2004 sexual assault begins next month.
