Colin Farrell voluntarily checked himself into rehab at The Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona, last week. My source says, “He was not using again, but needed to do a little reset and get things back in alignment to make sure he doesn’t use again.” The 41-year-old actor first sought treatment for substance abuse issues in 2005, after wrapping the film Miami Vice. He opened up about his stint on The Late Late Show in 2013.
A man who threw a banana peel at Dave Chappelle after a 2015 performance in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is suing the comedian and his bodyguard. Christian Englander claims he was struck twice by Chappelle’s “presumed” bodyguard after throwing the food item at the comedian–who angered him with something he said during his show. Though Englander faced charges of battery and disturbing the peace, they were later dropped because Chappelle was unwilling to prosecute him. While the police report makes no mention of Englander’s assault claims, he still managed to find a lawyer to take his case.
There might have been a reboot of the popular MTV reality show The Hills if two of the show’s cast members hadn’t pulled out. According to my source, tonight, Kristin Cavallari revealed in a recent radio interview that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were the ones who pulled the plug. Apparently they have another contract so, they’re not able to do it.
Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan Tatum may have just announced their separation on Monday, but Channing actually moved out of the family’s L.A. home months ago. “This has been a long time coming,” says a source. “They’ve had their ups and downs over the years, but they really started to grow apart within the last year.”
As Kaley Cuoco prepares to walk down the aisle a second time with fiancé Karl Cook, the Big Bang Theory star has revealed that she thought she’d never tie the knot again after her disastrous first marriage to Ryan Sweeting. “I honestly thought I wouldn’t get married again. My ex ruined that word for me,” the 32-year-old explains. “I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn’t my fault–that was his.” She added, “I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl.”
There’s a scene in “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” that always makes NBA star Lebron James cry. It’s the scene where Will Smith breaks down because his father abandoned him when he was a kid.
LeBron Tweeted that scene yesterday, and said, “I shed a tear or two every single time this episode comes on! Can’t help it. I’ve had that same feeling my whole life. #MommaThankYou.”
LeBron has never had a relationship with his father, who impregnated his mother when she was 16, and then didn’t bother to stick around.
Four years ago, LeBron posted a message on social media thanking his father for not being around, because he’s proud of the person he has become without him.
LeBron has always been very close with his mother, and now has three children with his wife Savanah, who he’s been with since high school.
Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish star in a new comedy called “Night School” . . . and it turns out they go WAY back.
In an Instagram post yesterday, Kevin said he helped Tiffany out a decade ago, when she was homeless and living out of her car. He says, “I had no idea until I saw a [ton] of clothes in her car outside of a comedy club in L.A. . .
“I reached in my pocket and gave her all the money I had which was $300 at the time.” He also hooked her up with a hotel for a few nights.
In her own post, Tiffany said he also told her to write out a list of goals, and get herself together . . . and she added, “I did just that, and over the years Kevin has always been the Big little Brother I never had.”
Drake has asked a judge to ban all statements made on social media and online from being used as evidence in an upcoming assault trial. Producer Noel Fisher, a.k.a Detail, sued Drake in June 2016–alleging that he was attacked at the rapper’s home by his bodyguard Chubbs in 2014. Noel claims Chubbs broke his jaw and gave him injuries that required multiple rounds of surgery. Drake’s attorneys believe that social media stories “would result only in confusing the jury and skewing their interpretations of the testimony and document presented at trial.” They also claim the rapper’s celebrity status makes him a target for blogs and celebrity gossip columns to spread false information about his life.
Cardi B is hyping her debut album Invasion of Privacy with a stunt. Not only will not only will she perform on The Tonight Show on April 9, but she’ll also co-host the episode alongside Jimmy Fallon.
A year after going to rehab for alcohol addiction, Verne Troyer—the actor best-known for playing Mini Me in Austin Powers films—has been hospitalized for alcohol poisoning. Police and paramedics received a call from one of Vince’s friends on Monday night, who described the actor as “extremely upset, drunk, and suicidal.” He’s currently in the hospital under 72-hour surveillance, but little else is known about his condition. A statement on Verne’s social media accounts asks fans to “keep Verne in your thoughts and prayers.”
Dwayne Johnson has promised that the movie ‘Rampage’ will be “absurd and ridiculous”. The Rock jumped at the chance to star in the spin-off of one of his favorite video games and he thinks fans will love the escapism of seeing “mutated monsters” on the big screen, especially because it doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Demi Lovato celebrated the end of the U.S. leg of her Tell Me You Love Me Tour on Monday night with a sexy stage moment with her tour partner, Kehlani at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Demi was performing her song “Lonely” on a bed onstage when Kehlani came up and kissed Demi – who then got on top of Kehlani on the bed, and the two rolled around together. “Truly so grateful to have had this extremely special, talented and cool as f*ck woman on this tour with me. What an incredible fun sexy crazy night that I’ll never forget!!” Demi said after the show on her Instagram. Kehlani also showed love on her socials: “Watching you every night was a learning experience and you forever have a fan and supporter in me. Tonight your dancers put me up to this but anyone would be stupid not to jump at the chance to hop on that damn moving bed and grab your face looooool.” Fans didn’t waste time posting video of the provocative performance online.
