A 22-year-old guy from Chicago was taken into custody for trespassing after he admitted to swimming up to the beach in front of Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island home around 2 am.  The man told cops he swam all the way to Taylor's beach but saw her security team and decided to swim back where he came from.  The man reportedly swam around 2 miles.  I think it’s fair to say he’s an obsessed fan.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife and baby mama, Brooke Mueller was allegedly on meth when she was pregnant with his twins.  Brooke is in rehab right now and Charlie’s other ex-wife, Denise Richards, has custody of Charlie and Brooke’s 4 year-old sons Bob and Max.  According to my source, Brooke has been to rehab 20 times and two of those times were when she was pregnant with Bob and Max.  Both times, she was being treated for her addiction to crystal meth. One source says, "It's truly amazing that she was able to hold onto custody of the boys for as long as she did.  Brooke's road to getting custody back of the boys is going to be very, very long."

Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn are allegedly talking marriage.  Tiger’s relationship with Lindsey has moved quickly. The two have gotten so serious they’re already thinking about a wedding and kids. During a heart to heart about their future in early May, Tiger swore he’s a changed man and told Lindsey that he wants to buy her a ring this summer. Tiger also casually mentioned that he’d al¬ready contacted his lawyers about drawing up a prenup to protect his assets. Lindsey told Tiger that she’d marry him, but said that she wants half of his $600 million fortune if they divorce. And as insurance against him straying, Lindsey warned Tiger that he’ll also have to sign an agree¬ment to give her a lump sum of $20 million for every incidence of cheating. Tiger thought he could protect his fortune with a prenup after Elin took him to the cleaners, but Lindsey is a smart cookie, and she’s making Tiger put his money where his mouth is.

Model Michael Girgenti has written an open letter to Kourtney Kardashian claiming he and not Scott Disick fathered her son, Mason.  Now this is not new news… we’ve heard from Michael before, but he does seem to be ramping things up.  He says his next step will be to take Kourtney to court and sue her for a paternity test.  A California lawyer says, ''It is theoretically possible that if she declines the judge could rule against her and grant Michael paternity and the rights that go along with that. Shockingly, California Law permits anyone that alleges that they are the father of a child to sue for paternity. The court is required to order the genetic testing and if a party refuses to submit to the test, the court may automatically grant the other party paternity. That means that if Kourtney refuses to submit to genetic testing, the court could find Michael is the father and would award him visitation rights and he would have to option to sue for custody.''

One of my sources is saying that Angelina Jolie will have her ovaries removed next.  She recently underwent a double mastectomy as a preventative measure because she’s at a high risk of getting breast cancer.  Sadly, she’s also at risk of getting ovarian cancer.  Her mom died at the age of 56 from the disease.

It has been confirmed, Shakira will not be returning to The Voice.  She says, "I'm not going to be able to do next season because I have to get back to my motherhood, and also get back to the studio to finish my album." However, she adds, "I have to take a little break.  But you never know, I might come back!"  Meanwhile, my source says that can't do it next season either, because he's filming a movie. Of course, the show doesn't need them back next season if Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo are returning to their swivel chairs.
