The mastermind behind Kim Kardashian’s Paris hotel robbery last October wrote her a handwritten letter to apologize for stealing her jewelry while keeping her bound and gagged in a bathtub at gunpoint. In the letter he wrote, “After observing your emotion and realizing the psychological damages I inflicted…I decided to write to you, not to obtain from you some sort of indulgence, I want to come to you as a human being to tell you how much I regret my gesture, how much I have been moved and touched to see you in tears.” Kim’s legal team reportedly believes the letter is a ploy to receive a lighter sentence for the robbery, as Khedache sent it to a judge before it was forwarded to Kim.
Kim Kardashian has finally confirmed that she and Kanye West are expecting a third child together via surrogate — in a trailer for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, of course.
News that Kim and Kanye West were using a surrogate to have a third child broke in June, but she refused to address rumours at the time. The couple’s surrogate will be in good company, given that Khloé and Kylie Jenner are also reportedly pregnant.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus has breast cancer. She shared the diagnosis on social media yesterday, saying, “One in eight women get breast cancer. Today, I’m the one.”
She added, “The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring family and friends, and a fantastic insurance through my union. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let’s fight all cancers, and make universal health care a reality.”
She hasn’t said anything beyond that . . . so it’s unclear what stage she’s in, or whether or not her doctors were able to catch it early.
According to reports, Julia got the bad news last week . . . just one day after winning her latest Emmy for Best Actress in a Comedy Series.
Justin Bieber recently stunned guests at a Beverly Hills hotel spa when he started singing in the locker room…naked. He was naked singing in the locker room. I guess he was walking around without any clothes on, and then stopped in front of a mirror and did the whole singing into a hairbrush thing. One witness says he was far from shy.
Modern Family star Ariel Winter is slamming paparazzi for ruining her first day of school. She started at UCLA yesterday and I guess the paps were following her around campus. One Twitter user gave it to her for complaining, writing, “If we made the money you make per episode… That ruined your first day of school?! Get a grip on reality, Ariel!”
There are similarities between Reese Witherspoon and her character in her new film, Home Again. The movie is about next chapters, which she knows something about. Reese got married when she was 23 and had two kids by the time she was 27. Of course, she says she wouldn’t change a thing.
Reese and her first husband Ryan Phillippe split in 2006 after seven years of marriage. They share 18-year-old daughter Ava and 13-year-old son Deacon. Reese is now married to talent agent Jim Toth and has a 5-year-old son Tennessee with him.
Hugh Hefner was worth a lot of money when he died. Some reports put the total at $43 million, and others say it was more than $100 million. And his widow, Crystal Harris, gets exactly . . .none of it.
According to my source, Crystal never made it into the will. She’ll be “provided for” through her prenuptial agreement, but his estate goes to his four kids, the USC film school, and some charities.
Whatever she’s getting, she’ll probably be fine. And there’s also a $5 million house Hugh bought this summer and put in Crystal’s mother’s name.
You might recall that Hugh and Crystal were supposed to get married in 2011, but she called it off just days ahead of the ceremony. At the time Hef said things started to fall apart when, “the lawyers got into it, when we were talking about the prenup and etcetera.”
But they got back together and got hitched on New Year’s Eve 2012.
Emma Stone trained so hard to portray tennis hero Billie Jean King in ‘Battle of the Sexes’ that she gained 15 pounds of muscle. It is the first time she has ever played a real-life person and she certainly threw herself into the role, doing dumbbell exercises, 300-pound hip thrusts, weighted push ups and 185 pound deadlifts. 28-year-old Stone also had to learn how to play tennis for real for the new movie, which opens in wide release today.
