Us Weekly claims Justin Bieber has been spending time with supermodel Baskin Champion. Her sister Abby is dating Justin’s best friend Patrick Schwarzenegger. Justin and Baskin recently attended a Craig David concert together. Meanwhile, Selena is off having fun with her friends and so he’s showing that he can still go out and have fun too. And to be honest, I’m sure there’s a part of him that wants to make Selena a bit jealous! This seems like right out of the old Justin’s textbook! He was very manipulative with her emotions the last time and did stuff like this a lot.”
Amber Rose took to Instagram on Wednesday to slam online trolls who mocked her and Wiz Khalifa’s 5-year-old Sebastian for being a fan of Taylor Swift. The hurtful comments came after Amber shared a video of her son expressing excitement over a note he’d received from Taylor. She wrote: “Shout out to all of the hyper-masculine men and ignorant dumb a** women that will call a 5-year-old gay for liking Taylor Swift.” She continued, “This is why young kids kill themselves. And this is also why our society is so f**ked up. Liking a certain type of music will not make you ‘pick’ your sexuality you dumb f**k. We allow him to be himself. He can listen to whatever music he likes, he can like whatever color he wants and we let him be passionate about whatever his little heart desires. We don’t make our son live by society norms that’s why he’s so special. Let’s do better for the next generation people. Grow the f**k up and teach ur kids to love and not hate.”
Following a near-fatal heart attack last month, filmmaker Kevin Smith has adopted a plant-based diet and started taking his health very seriously. In nine days, he has lost 17 pounds. The 47-year-old, who was told by doctors to shed 50 pounds, is following illusionist Penn Jillette’s mono diet from his book Presto!: How I Made Over 100 Pounds Disappear. The diet requires people to eat only potatoes for the first two weeks before introducing salads and vegetables for the next three months. “It’s a pretty intense program, but it’s been interesting… once I get to a decent place, then I can think about eating again,” Kevin says. “[But] no more animal-related products. My kid is thrilled because she’s a vegan, ‘She’s like, ‘Welcome home brother.'” He adds, “I ate the way I wanted for 47 years and look where it got me.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want kids right after they marry. According to my source, Prince Harry is very keen to start a family, pretty soon after the royal wedding. He’s made no secret about wanting children. Apparently his desire to be a father really became strong after his brother, William started having kids.
In related news, I hear that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding will cost $2.7 million. The couple is spending $420,000 on both her wedding dress and music for the day. The trumpet players alone cost $127,000. Harry and Meghan are spending $155,000 on flowers.
Comedian/actor Kevin Hart has revealed that he wants to transition from an actor to a brand. “I want to be a billionaire,” he revealed at the Variety Massive Summit in Los Angeles on Wednesday. “I’m 38. By the time I’m 45, you guys are going to be telling a completely different story.” He went on to say he plans to take over Hollywood. “It sounds so crazy, but if you don’t have the mentality of ‘Take over, do everything,’ you’re not doing nothing,” he noted. Kevin shared that his work ethic comes from his mother, who told him after he failed to win a trophy at a swim meet as a child, “You can be great or you can not be great.”
A female crew member who worked on the set of the The Grinder is suing star Fred Savage and the network for sexual harassment. The plaintiff, who worked in wardrobe, claims Fred “violently struck” her in the arm three times and “had a rep for losing his cool with female crew members.” He also allegedly dressed her down verbally in front of other people. However, a source says the allegations are “100 percent false.”
As Us Weekly notes, Savage’s Wonder Years co-star, Alley Mills, revealed that the show was canceled in 1993 due to another harassment lawsuit brought against Savage. Mills called the claim “completely ridiculous,” adding that Savage is “the least offensive, most wonderful, sweet human being that ever walked the face of the Earth.” The lawsuit was later dropped.
Liam Payne has shot down rumors that he and longtime girlfriend Cheryl Cole are calling it quits, even as he admits that their relationship isn’t always perfect. “The funniest thing was a week before we were getting married. The next week we’re splitting up,” the 24-year-old One Directioner told London’s ES Magazine on Wednesday. “I just like to think we’re somewhere in the middle. You know, we have our struggles…but we go through them together as a family and that’s the most important thing for me.” Payne and the 34-year-old Cole met in 2008 on the set of The X Factor in the UK; they began dating in 2015 and welcomed son Bear in March 2017.
This Is Us star Chrissy Metz (Kate Perason) reveals in her new memoir This Is Me that she suffered physical and mental abuse at the hands of her stepfather Trigger. “I don’t remember why Trigger hit me the first time. He never punched my face,” Metz recalls in an excerpt shared by People. “Just my body, the thing that offended him so much. He shoved me, slapped me, punched my arm. He would hit me if he thought I looked at him wrong.” Metz goes on to explain that Trigger also forced her to do weigh-ins starting at age 14. “He’d get the scale from the bathroom and clang it hard on the kitchen floor,” she continues. “‘Well, get on the damn thing!’ Trigger would yell. ‘This is what you need to know.’” This Is Me is out March 27.
Steven Spielberg often takes years to sit down and watch one of his films. “I’m always moving really fast, and I don’t look back a lot,” he tells The New York Times. “That’s why I don’t sit down and look at my movies on a movie screen after I’ve made them. Sometimes it’s years before I will even dare look at a movie again, and sometimes I’ll shut it off after five minutes.” The 71-year-old director continues, “I’m really too busy, both in my private life and in my professional life, to have a lot of time to dwell on success or failure.” Spielberg goes on to say, however, that he wants to make movies that do more than just entertain. “Now I feel a deeper responsibility to tell stories that have some kind of social meaning,” he notes. “If I have a choice between a movie that is 100 percent for the audience and a movie that says something about the past, I will always choose history over popular culture.”
