Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson may elope. That is what I’m hearing now. “Even after their intervention in Ohio, she’s defending him and refusing to believe the cheating stories which she insists were exaggerated. He has a real grip over her and it speaks volumes that Khloe’s desperate to get hitched this summer. Ideally she’d like a splashy white wedding but with nobody in her corner it’ll more likely be a straight elopement instead. Kim continues to rage about Tristan being in Khloe’s life. She’s made his destruction her personal life mission! Kim can’t believe Tristan’s still hanging around and that Khloe’s letting him.”
Meghan Markle broke royal protocol when she crossed her legs at the Young Leader Awards at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday. Fans of the royal family were quick to notice the faux pas when a photo surfaced of Meghan sitting alongside Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth II. According to proper etiquette, royal women must keep their legs and knees together, although crossing at the ankle is fine. “It’s sophisticated, protects vulnerabilities and looks fabulous in photos,” explains royal etiquette expert Myka Meier.
Pete Davidson has asked Queer Eye fashion expert Tan France to dress him when he marries fiancée Ariana Grande. “He asked if I’d help him, the answer is yes,” Tan says. You may recall that Tan previously helped Pete refresh his wardrobe for a memorable Saturday Night Live sketch. In the segment, Tan helped Pete replace his self-described “guido trash” aesthetic for a “cool upgrade” of sophisticated coats and fitted denim. On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Tan also confirmed that he “just went shopping with [Davidson] a couple of days ago” and congratulated him on his engagement.
Serena Williams is thinking about giving up tennis and having more children with husband Alexis Ohanian. “We’ve got to have more. I don’t know if I want to play if I have another baby,” she says. “I need to talk to Alexis. We need a plan.” The 36-year-old athlete adds, “If I weren’t working, I’d already be pregnant.”
10-year-old Lonnie Chavis plays the young version of Randall on “This Is Us”, and he has a gap between his front teeth. It’s led to some online bullying . . . and an amazing response from Lonnie.
He posted an Instagram video saying, “I could get my gap fixed. Braces can fix this, but like, can you fix your heart, though? There are kids out here killing themselves just because of y’all hating and trolling and doing just crazy stuff.
“I mean, It’s stupid. Is it fun? No. It hurts people. People kill themselves, and you’re the one who’s making them do it. Fix your heart, though. For real.
“I’m happy that I can handle this. I can handle this. I’m not tripping. But there are kids out here. If y’all kids are watching this, don’t trip. Be who you want to be. Do what you want to do. Do you. Be you. Believe in yourself.”
Lindsay Lohan did an interview with the “New York Times” . . . and it’s a real puff piece. Instead of being grateful for it, she was a no-show for the photoshoot. Her assistant told the photographers, who showed up at the scheduled time to take pics of Lindsay, that she only does paid shoots. The New York Times does not pay for photos or interviews, so that was the end of that.
The interview itself was conducted at Lindsay’s new beach club in Greece, which seems to be doing well. And Lindsay says, quote, “I’m a normal, nice person. A good person. I don’t have any bad intentions. And my past has to stay in the past.
Jerry Seinfeld has an idea of how to approach the next season of “Roseanne”…(although it’s likely too late for it now): Don’t kill off the lead character . . . replace her.
He says, “They brought Dan Conner back. He was dead, and they brought him back. So why can’t we get another Roseanne? There’s other funny women that could do that part. You need to get the comic in there. I hate to see a comic lose a job.”
At the same time, though, Jerry didn’t think Roseanne should have been fired in the first place, “I don’t even know why they had to do that. It seemed like, you don’t need to murder someone that’s committing suicide.
“I thought the firing was overkill. She’s already dead. I never saw someone ruin their entire career with one button push. That was fresh.”
Oprah Winfrey’s company, Harpo, Inc., will create original content for Apple, in one of the greatest mashups of global brands ever. The content deal includes film, television, apps, podcasts, books and anything else that could be easily distributed by Apple’s platform. Harpo will retain ownership rights, however. Apple already has 12 scripted originals being produced.
Sometimes you have to feel bad for celebrities. They can’t post anything on social media without being criticized for it. That’s gotta get old.
The other day, Jessica Simpson posted a video of her husband Eric Johnson in a pool, flipping their 4-year-old son Ace way up into the air and letting him land in the water.
The thing is, the kid had a cast on his arm. Jessica captioned the video, “A broken bone doesn’t hold this kiddo down #WaterproofCast”
And of course, her followers started complaining that Eric was being too rough with the kid considering he has a cast.
