Robin Wright thinks her former House of Cards co-star, accused sexual predator Kevin Spacey, deserves a second chance. “I believe every human being has the ability to reform,” she says. “In that sense, second chances, or whatever you are going to call it–absolutely, I believe in that. It’s called growth.” Robin says she hasn’t spoken to Kevin since multiple males, some underage, accused him of sexual assault and other crimes, but that she’d be willing to chat with him if and when he’s ready to reach out–even though they never really socialized off the show’s set.
Chris Brown doesn’t want to pay his baby mama Nia Guzman more child support because he thinks it will spoil their 4-year-old daughter Royalty. Apparently Nia is seeking $21,000 per month and $250,000 in retroactive child support. Chris already gives her $6,000 a month for private school, medical expenses and a nanny. He also pays up to $3,000 a month for travel, entertainment and extracurricular activities In documents filed by Chris, he says that “providing a four-year-old with everything she demands could be harmful and is not in her best interest.” The singer also claims that Nia is financially set thanks to her own income, the support he pays and the spousal support she receives from a prior marriage.
Britney Spears was booed by fans when she mixed up the names of two cities in England during her recent concert in Blackpool. “How you feeling Birmingham? I mean Blackpool!” she shouted onstage. The crowd reacted with a mix of boos, claps and laughter. According to Google Maps, Birmingham and Blackpool are about 125 miles away from each other.
Kanye West has been very open about his issues with Drake, but there’s a rumor going around that the real reason the two are beefing is because Drake slept with Kim Kardashian.
Kim took to Instagram to respond to the rumor after Nick Cannon said in an interview that he believes it happened (Drake and Kim slept together). Kim wrote, “Never happened. End of story.” Drake later followed Kim Kardashian on Instagram.
Wiz Khalifa has responded to fans who are upset that he allowed his 5-year-old son Sebastian to ride the school bus to school. The rapper recently posted a picture on Instagram of Sebastian waiting on a street corner to be picked up for his first day of school. “All y’all people asking why I would let my son ride the bus, cause I’m rich,” Wiz wrote. “He said he wanted to ride the bus with his friends. So let kids do what they want to do. Chill.” Wiz shares his son with Amber Rose.
The world premiere of A Star Is Born received a warm eight-minute ovation at the Venice Film Festival this past weekend. Lady Gaga smiled and looked relieved, while star/director Bradley Cooper thanked the audience for staying through a 15-minute interruption that occurred due to a technical glitch. Reviews for A Star Is Born have been positive overall.
Roseanne Barr hopped on a podcast with Rabbi Shmuley again, and this time, she said she won’t watch “The Conners” when it premieres next month, because she’s moving to Israel.
She said, “I have an opportunity to go to Israel for a few months and study with my favorite teachers over there, and that’s where I’m going to go.”
She said she won’t “curse or bless” the spin-off . . . and she added, “I’m staying neutral. I’m staying away from it. Not wishing bad on anyone, and I don’t wish good for my enemies. I don’t. I can’t.”
She’s also keeping busy here in the U.S. She said she recently went down to Nashville and “cut a record,” because she’s always wanted to be a singer. Although she did admit that she’s, “not great, or even good.”
She’s also working on jokes, and is now writing a new sitcom that’s, “very funny.” But she didn’t elaborate on that.
In an episode of Ellen scheduled to air Tuesday, Nicki Minaj reportedly reveals that she’s dating two men right now. According to Cosmopolitan, the rapper says, “There is a new boy, but he and I have kind of fell back a little bit.” She adds that there is a “newer” boy who’s “been around for a couple weeks now.” She continues, “Look, I’m just chilling. I’ve always been in a relationship my whole life. I was in a relationship since I was 15 years old. This is the first time that I’m single, and I’m happier. I’m more free—and it’s okay. I used to feel like I had to have a man, I swear. My whole adult life I felt like I had to have a man. I want the women out here to know you absolutely don’t.”
Halsey and G-Eazy are back together following their brief split over the summer. The 23-year-old singer and the 29-year-old rapper posed for some swimsuit selfies, which were posted to her Instagram account on Sunday. Halsey and G-Eazy kissed on stage during his New Jersey show on Friday and they shared the stage again on Saturday in Virginia. Amid the reconciliation, G-Eazy has been in a feud with fellow rapper Machine Gun Kelly over Halsey. MGK and Halsey were rumored to be in a fling after she split from G-Eazy, which he referenced in a freestyle rap. G-Eazy then responded with his song “Bad Boy.”
