The “People’s Choice Awards” aired last night. The “People’s Choice Awards” aired last night. “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” won Favorite Reality Show . . . and KHLOE KARDASHIAN won Reality TV Star. But the night belonged to Marvel. “Avengers: Infinity War” won Favorite Movie and Favorite Action Movie of 2018. And SCARLETT JOHANSSON won Favorite Female Movie Star for her role as Black Widow. “Ellen” was voted the best daytime talk show, and “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” took the late night crown. In music, Shawn Mendes and Nicki Minaj were named Favorite Male and Female Artist . . . and Nicki’s album “Queen” took the top album honors. “Clueless” star Alicia Silverstone is one of those people who parents exactly how she wants to, and doesn’t care what anyone says. Which is good, because people are probably going to have something to say about this: Alicia’s 7-year-old son Bear has never taken medicine in his life. And she says he doesn’t need to, because he’s a vegan like her. She says, “He can get sniffles and a runny nose but he’s not down, he still goes to school. Two times in his life has he been like ‘Mommy I don’t feel good,’ and it was only for a few hours and he was back running around.”
Keira Knightley has opened up about why she wore a corduroy baker boy hat in the rom-com “Love Actually”. It’s because she had a massive spot in the middle of her forehead. She was only 17 when she filmed the movie, and the blemish was so large no amount of makeup or lighting did the trick… so she wore a hat throughout the movie.
Coming up with Josie and the City, I wouldn’t have guessed it, but SNL brought us a really beautiful moment this past weekend. Details at 7:40.
Pete Davidson apologized to Lieutenant Commander Dan Crenshaw on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend. Dan is a former Navy SEAL who wears an eye patch after losing his eye in Afghanistan in 2012. Last week, Pete said he looks like a hitman in a porn movie, and flippantly blew off his military service. Not only did Pete apologize during “Weekend Update”, but Dan was there to accept. And he took some shots at Pete, too. First, his cell phone ringer went off and it was the Ariana Grande’s song “Breathin”. And he cracked on Pete’s looks, too, including, “Pete looks like if the Meth from ‘Breaking Bad’ was a person.” Then, Dan gave a speech about how this should be a lesson that we should forgive one another, and that since it’s Veterans Day weekend, we should connect with veterans, and tell them, “NEVER FORGET.” He added, “And we’ll never forget those we lost on 9/11 . . . heroes like Pete’s father.” The new “Grinch” movie topped the box office this weekend with a $66 million opening. The horror movie “Overlord” and “The Girl in the Spider’s Web” both tanked. #2 at the box office was “Bohemian Rhapsody”, bringing in $30.9 million.

Coming up with Josie and the City, Alex Rodriguez’s ex-wife is not feeling Jennifer Lopez! Details at 8:40.
Alex Rodriguez’s ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez says that Jennifer Lopez has gotten involved in their child-support negotiations and made things difficult. “All I can tell you, there’s been a shift, and I’m not sure what to attribute it to,” Cynthia tells The Post. “Alex has dated some wonderful women since our divorce, many of whom have had positive relationships with our children. Alex and I have worked well trying to create a stable environment for our daughters and there has never been an issue. Until now.” Alex, who earned more than $400 million in his MLB career, was reportedly paying $100,000-plus in monthly child support for his two daughters. However, J lo is allegedly trying to get that amount down to $10,000 a month.
Jenna Dewan has opened up about her new boyfriend, Tony Award-winning actor Steve Kazee. When asked about her dating life Jenna said she is very happy. It seems like things are good all around of Jenna and Channing, they seem to have the co-parenting thing down; they took their daughter Everly out at Halloween together and had a blast.
I’ve got a list of behind-the-scenes facts about some of the most beloved romantic movies. Here are 10 of them (check out the full list at the link):
1. While You Were Sleeping’s working title was, no joke, Coma Guy. 2. Director David O. Russell wrote Silver Linings Playbook with Zooey Deschanel and Vince Vaughn in mind for the lead roles, which ended up going to Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. 3. Ryan Gosling landed the lead in The Notebook specifically because the director thought he was “not handsome,” but just a “regular guy.” 4. Molly Ringwald wanted Viggo Mortensen to play Jake Ryan in Sixteen Candles because he actually kissed her during his audition. 5. Melissa McCarthy’s Bridesmaids character was heavily inspired by Guy Fieri. 6. The naked breakup scene in Forgetting Sarah Marshall is based on a real-life breakup Jason Segel went through. 7. Universal Pictures almost stopped The 40-Year-Old Virgin from being made because they thought Steve Carell looked like “a serial killer” in early footage. 8. Alicia Silverstone seriously didn’t know how to pronounce “Haitians” while filming Clueless, and writer/director Amy Heckerling thought it was so funny, she asked that no one correct her.9. Rita Wilson convinced her husband, Tom Hanks, to produce My Big Fat Greek Wedding after taking him to writer/actor Nia Vardalos’ one-person show. 10. While filming Love & Other Drugs, Anne Hathaway accidentally flashed the cast and crew during rehearsal.
SARAH SILVERMAN got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and her ex-boyfriend JIMMY KIMMEL spoke at the ceremony. ‘Cause, you know, they are cool like that.
It would appear that the “Alf” reboot is dead. I am totally okay with that.
