Former Van Halen singer Sammy Hagar has revealed that he and Eddie Van Halen made peace and became friends again before Eddie’s death. Sammy says the two “had been texting, and it’s been a love fest since we started communicating earlier this year.” The two had been estranged since the end of Van Halen’s 2004 tour.
