Drake is opening a live entertainment venue in his home town. The venue, called “History Toronto”, will have a capacity of 2,500 people. No opening date has been announced, but there are already shows booked for this Nov. and Dec., including July Talk, CHVRCHES, The Bleachers and Ashnikko.

Published since the 1960s, the Pirelli calendar has in recent years has moved away from images of scantily-dressed models, toward artistic celeb pics.
Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood could be up for the idea of hosting a TV show together, after recently guest-hosting “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”. Trisha says they’d like to have their own talk show, but it would have to be based in Nashville. Since 2012, she has also the Food Network show “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen”.

BTS will release their new album on July 9th. It’s another record breaking week for BTS. They now claim the three largest streaming sums in the history of Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most-consumed songs in the world. After setting and breaking the record last week, “Butter” is once again at the top of the Billboard Global 200 chart again this week. It still stands as the only song to rack up at least 200 million streams globally in just seven days, and it almost doubled the previous record. So far, the group has hit #1 on that chart with four different songs.
Lewis Capaldi is the subject of a new feature-length documentary. It covers the last 5 years of his life. It will be presented to the Cannes Virtual Film Market later this month.

HBO Max announced that Mario Cantone will reprise the role of “Anthony Marentino”, David Eigenberg be back as “Steve Brady”, Willie Garson returns to the role of “Stanford Blatch” and Evan Handler will resume the role of “Harry Goldenblatt” in the Max Original series “And Just Like That”.
Deadline reports that NBC has opted not to renew the musical dramedy, “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist”, for a third season. Peacock, the streaming home for the series, has also declined to renew the show, which aired it’s Season 2 finale last month.
