A man was hiking through England’s Lake District when Tom Cruise parachuted out of a chopper and into the middle of the hiking path Friday. The man said: “I certainly wasn’t expecting to bump into Tom Cruise during my hike, but he was really friendly and offered to have his picture taken. He looked like he was having a great time.”

Oasis member Liam Gallagher claims he fell out of a helicopter after performing at the Isle of Wight Festival. Christina Haack is engaged only three months after finalizing her divorce from Ant Anstead. The ‘Flip or Flop’ star confirmed the news on her Instagram page by adding a ring emoji next to the name “Josh Hall”.  She also posted several photos of their recent trip to Montage Los Cabos with a heart, lock, key and engagement ring emoji.

Ratings for Sunday’s 2021 Emmy Awards were up by 16 percent from last year’s ceremony.  According to Deadline, the awards show earned 7.4 million viewers, up from 6.4 million last year.  However, It was still the third-least watched ceremony of all time.
