JAY-Z sat down with Kevin Hart for an episode in season two’s “Hart to Heart”, which debuted on Peacock on Thursday. Jay talked about how he’s stopped charging for guest verses and is super selective to which artists he collaborates with these days saying it ultimately comes down to his relationship with the person.
Disney+ is ramping up its catalog of Sing-Along versions of your favorite musicals! First up are the Sing-Along versions of “Moana” and “The Little Mermaid”. They will both be added THIS Friday. Also set to join the Sing-Along lineup are “The Lion King”, “The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride”, “Beauty and the Beast” and “Tangled”.

Nintendo has offered a glimpse at their latest Super Mario creation; a 14-foot-tall Bowser made completely from Legos. Bowser, made with 663,900 bricks, will make his big debut at San Diego’s Comic-Con this weekend. Nintendo also debuted a smaller Bowser Lego set. The “Mighty Bowser” set comes with over 2,800 pieces and stands around a foot tall. It will go on sale this October for $270.
Drake seems to have confirmed he was detained in Sweden after his team denied the rumors. He shared a pic to Instagram of a handout entitled: “Information for Those Suspected of a Crime and Subsequently Detained”. Last week, rumors swirled that he had been arrested on marijuana-related charges while partying in a Swedish club.
Marcus Mumford’s first-ever music video as a solo artist was directed by Steven Spielberg. The clip for ‘Cannical’ was shot in a high school gym in New York. Spielberg “directed his first music video, in one shot, on his phone,” according to an Instagram post by Marcus.
Noel Gallagher warms up his vocal cords before a gig – by singing into a straw. The former Oasis guitarist says when he was having vocal issues while on tour with U2 in 2019, he was advised by a doctor: “Half an hour before you go on…put some music on and put this straw in your mouth and just hum along to whatever comes on and your vocal cords will warm up.” He says it works.
The Chainsmokers are going to perform on the edge of space in 2024. The flight will take them 23 miles above Earth into the stratosphere.

Netflix lost 970,000 subscribers in the second quarter, but that’s not as bad as they expected, and they think they’re picking up a million new subscribers in the third quarter.

The singer tweeted that “chapter 4: out of body,” will be available exclusively at rembeauty.com on July 28th. The collection includes a new skincare infused sweetener concealer, available in 60 shades.
