TIME has named Beyonce’s “Renaissance” album the top album by a female artist in 2022. The album comes in at number three on the list, with “9 Masters” by Saya Gray and “Un Verano Sin Ti” by Bad Bunny, which place at #2 and #1 respectively.
Miley Cyrus has new music on the way. Mike WiLL Made-It (who produced her “Bangerz” album) took to his Instagram Story to share a series of pics posted by hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd that shows them with Miley, Mike, and others in the studio, with the caption: “EAR DRUMMERS & HEAD BANGERZ!”
NBC has greenlit “The Wheel”, which is a remake of the U.K. game show of the same name and will follow six celebrity guests spinning, advising, and supporting contestants battling it out for a chance to win over $100k. The series is created by British comedian Michael McIntyre, and will launch for two weeks on Monday, December 19.
Finally, we know when “Top Gun: Maverick” will be streaming on Paramount+. The highest-grossing film of 2022 will hit the streaming service on Dec. 22 in the U.S., Canada, Australia, the UK and some other markets. The streaming release comes 7 months after “Top Gun: Maverick” first hit theaters.
