“People” magazine announced their People of the Year, based on the work they’ve done in 2022. They are Matthew McConaughey, “Abbott Elementary” creator Quinta Brunson, Jennifer Hudson, and Mila Kunis.
Movie studios are still giving out big paydays to big stars who can deliver and Channing Tatum is one of those people! He will star in the upcoming spy thriller “Red Shirt”, which was recently acquired by Amazon’s Prime Video. Deadline previously reported that the movie is “a new spin on James Bond that has franchise potential.” Channing will reportedly earn $25 million for starring in and producing the movie.
The Batmobile from Tim Burton’s “Batman” movies is currently up for grabs through Classic Auto Mall. This iconic Batmobile was driven by Michael Keaton in 1989’s “Batman” and its follow-up, 1992’s “Batman Returns”. Classic Auto Mall describes the long-nosed coupé’s exterior as “bat s**t crazy cool.” The prop car is listed for $1.5 million.
After being criticized for cutting eight awards from the TV broadcast last year, Oscars organizers say all 23 categories will be presented on television in 2023. Bill Kramer, the new CEO of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, said that restoring all categories to live TV was his “first priority”. Jimmy Kimmel will return to host The Oscars on March 12th.

Paramount says the re-release will last through Dec. 15, the day before Disney/20th Century’s “Avatar: The Way of Water” is set to make its theatrical debut — and one week before “Maverick” makes its streaming debut on Paramount+ on Dec. 22.
Brett Michaels, the Poison singer, has announced he is bringing his a solo “Parti-Gras” tour to at least a dozen amphitheaters across North America next summer, with help from Night Ranger, Jefferson Starship and other guests.
Kane Brown has joined the lineup for the 2023 Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest, leading up to Super Bowl LVII. He’s splitting the bill with headliners Imagine Dragons on February 11, the final day of the 3-day music fest. Paramore and Dave Matthews are also each headlining a day. The Super Bowl takes place Sunday, February 12.

Disney+ has announced that it will stream a BTS docuseries next year featuring plenty of unseen footage from the group’s rise to global stardom. “BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star” will focus on their nine-year career, as well as a look at their daily lives as they plan for their second chapter.
