Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik are taking on new game show roles — this time as contestants. ABC has been making a lot of renewals, including the drama “Will Trent”, medical drama “The Good Doctor”, and most recently, “Station 19”, but its only new fall series, “Alaska Daily”, may be headed to cancellation. The Hilary Swank-led series hasn’t done well ratings-wise, nor has it made a lot of noise, and Deadline says it’s very likely the network won’t go through with a second season.

The “Flowers” singer responded to a tweet about the “Kill Bill” singer’s chart victory, writing, “Congrats to Sza for going #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100…Love you!” Miley’s smash hit “Flowers” spent eight weeks at the summit earlier this year.
Sony Pictures released the official trailer for “The Equalizer 3”. Denzel Washington reprises his role as the retired U.S. Marine and former DIA officer Robert McCall for the last time in the action-packed film. “The Equalizer 3” is set to hit theaters on September 1st.
