Just days before the 2023 Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Dinner, the organization announced that “for personal reasons,” Snoop Dogg has deferred his induction. Now the artist born Calvin Broadus Jr. intends to be inducted with the class of 2024 on June 13, 2024. Snoop is the second of the seven songwriters who were originally announced as inductees on Jan. 13 to back out. Sade also withdrew, saying only that she would be inducted with a future class.
Taylor Swift is no longer a member of Casa Cipriani. Taylor has apparently canceled her membership after pictures of her leaked from the private club in New York City. When Taylor was with 1975′s Matty Healy, a couple of other members snapped pictures of them leaving the club. Casa Cipriani has a “strict no-picture policy,” and since the incident, those who took the photos were booted from the club.
Amber Heard’s million-dollar IOU to Johnny Depp has finally been paid, and now, we know exactly where the money’s going: to a group of charities near and dear to his heart. He plans to split the money evenly among these non-profits: The Make-A-Film Foundation, The Painted Turtle, Red Feather, Tetiaroa Society and the Amazonia Fund Alliance.
