Greta Van Fleet frontman Josh Kiszka publicly came out on Tuesday. Speaking out about proposed bills in Tennessee that restrict LGTBQ+ rights, he posted that he has been “in a loving, same-sex relationship with my partner for the past 8 years.” He said that it was important he speak his truth “in hopes to change hearts, minds, and laws in Tennessee”, where he lives.
Billy Crystal, Bee Gees member Barry Gibb, Queen Latifah, Dionne Warwick, and Renée Fleming will receive the 46th Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements. Kylie Minogue’s upcoming sixteenth studio album, “Tension”, will be released on September 22.

Louis Tomlinson’s show Wednesday night in Colorado was postponed due to a massive hail storm. Seven people were sent to the hospital, and 80 to 90 others were treated at the scene for injuries like cuts and broken bones.
Willie Nelson turned 90 in April . . . and he isn’t slowing down. He just announced his 151st studio album. It’s called “Bluegrass”, and it’ll feature bluegrass renditions of 12 of his own classics. The album won’t be out until September 15th . . . but in the meantime, he posted one track, “You Left Me A Long, Long Time Ago”, on YouTube.
Dan + Shay will be judges on “The Voice” next spring on Season 25. They’ll be the first-ever coaching duo in a red double chair. They join judges Reba McEntire, John Legend, and Chance the Rapper.

The city of Minneapolis has been renamed for the next few days to honor Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour”. Acknowledging the good that the artist brings to the city, Mayor Jacob Frey declared it “Swiftie-apolis.” He stated that, “With Pride, plus Taylor Swift” they are expecting more than half a million people, calling it “better than our wildest dreams.” She is performing two sold-out shows there this weekend.
Harrison Ford may be nearing his 81st birthday, but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to retire. When asked if he’s ready to hang up his hat, he told Chris Wallace, “I don’t. I don’t do well when I don’t have work. I love to work. I love to feel useful. It’s my jones. I want to be helpful.”
