Olivia Rodrigo is a part of “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes” soundtrack with “Can’t Catch Me Now”. This is the first time that Olivia has contributed to a film’s soundtrack. Olivia attended the premiere of the film in L.A. as her music video also dropped.
One of Prince’s ruffled shirts from the “Purple Rain” era is being auctioned off this week. Prince wore the shirt at the 1985 American Music Awards. The auction house estimates the shirt’s value at $15,000. Another item up for grabs is a suit Prince wore in “Under The Cherry Moon”. The estimated value is $45,000. Bidding for all items close today.
“Young Sheldon”, the prequel to The Big Bang Theory, is concluding at the end of the upcoming season. CBS has announced that the one-hour series finale of “Young Sheldon” will be broadcast on Thursday, May 16. As previously reported, the new season will premiere on Thursday, February 15.
King Charles III’s icy relationship with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has started to thaw, after a productive call on the monarch’s 75th birthday. Harry called Charles to wish him a happy birthday, marking a “turning point” in their relationship. Meghan also chatted with the King, while the couple’s children, treated their grandfather to a pre-recorded video of the tiny royals singing ‘Happy Birthday’.
Steve Carell will make his Broadway debut playing the title character in a revival of Anton Chekhov’s “Uncle Vanya.” The production, which will be performed at Lincoln Center’s Vivian Beaumont Theater, will begin previews April 2, 2024, and open on April 24.
Sammy Hagar has announced the Van Halen-focused tour “Best of All Worlds”, and has recruited legendary guitarist and Chickenfoot bandmate Joe Satriani to join him. Sammy’s bandmates, Michael Anthony and Jason Bonham, will round out the band for the tour, starting July 13 in West Palm Beach FL. The lone Canadian date is July 31 in Toronto. Loverboy will open.

Sony Pictures dropped the official trailer for the “Spider-Man” spinoff “Madame Webb”, starring Dakota Johnson and Sydney Sweeney. Dakota plays the Marvel comic book character Cassandra Webb, who can see into the future. The film will reach theaters on February 14th, 2024.
Pedro Pascal could be the next Mr. Fantastic. Sources tell the outlet that scheduling is still being figured out, but that “The Last of Us” actor is likely to play Reed Richards in the “Fantastic Four” reboot.
