Rockstar Games’ first trailer for ‘Grand Theft Auto 6’ has dropped and the late Tom Petty provides its soundtrack. Tom’s 1989 song ‘Love Is A Long Road’, inspired by a motorcycle he once owned, plays as you check out Vice City. So far, the game’s getting a lot of praise since the trailer leaked early, forcing Rockstar Games to officially release it.

Jason Priestley has boarded upcoming CBC drama “Wild Cards”. The Canadian network said the star will play lead character ‘Max’s’ father and master conman ‘George’ in the “procedural with a comic twist” launching January 10. It has also been picked up by The CW in the US.

Sir Rod Stewart announced that he’s releasing a new swing record with a Rhythm & Blues Orchestra along with Jools Holland, formerly of Squeeze. “Swing Fever” is a 13-track salute to the timeless songs of the big band years and will be out on February 23rd. Last month, Rod announced the final shows of his 13-year Vegas residency at Caesars Palace. His 200th show there will take place next summer.
Deadline reports that the television nominees for the 29th annual Critics Choice Awards were announced on Tuesday. “The Morning Show” led the way with six nominations, followed by “Succession” with five nominations. “Abbott Elementary”, “The Bear”, “Beef”, “Lessons In Chemistry”, “Loki”, “Reservation Dogs”, and “A Small Light” all received four nominations each.
