HGTV has ordered a new 10-episode season of its Hawaii-based series “Renovation Aloha”, starring married home renovators Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama. The series follows the Kalamas and their large extended family as they transform the most dilapidated properties on the island of Oahu into beautiful family homes.

Netflix is close to finalizing a deal for a live-action “Scooby-Doo” TV series. Plot details remain under wraps, but the script will be written by Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg, who previously adapted “Cowboy Bebop” and “High Fidelity”.
Jeff Bridges will be returning for the third installment of the “Tron” franchise, titled “Tron: Ares”. He confirmed the news himself, mentioning that Jared Leto is the star of the film, along with Greta Lee, Evan Peters, and others.
