Ed Sheeran has been named the most-played artist in the U.K. According to The Guardian, Ed topped the list of music played across the U.K., radio, TV, and in public places for the seventh time in nine years. This honor for Ed kept his pal, Taylor Swift, from her first shot at the most-played title in the U.K. Taylor landed at No. 2, a jump from her 2023 ranking at No. 10.
Coldplay announced the release date for their 10th studio album. “Moon Music” will arrive October 4 produced by Max Martin. The lead single, “feelslikeimfallinginlove,” drops this Friday. “Moon Music” is the follow-up to 2021’s “Music of the Spheres” and is available for preorder now.

Carrie Underwood’s home in Tennessee caught fire Sunday night. It started from a UTV that was parked near her garage. Firefighters were able to use the 10,000-gallon water reservoir Carrie installed on her property to prevent it from reaching the house. Four people and three pets were inside the house at the time, and luckily, they are all okay.
