That would be the best opening for an R-rated movie ever, exceeding the record currently held by the first “Deadpool”, which nabbed a $132 million opening in 2016.

The Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) is giving back to East Tennessee! MWF recently donated $100,000 to the community of Jefferson City to improve and renovate two local baseball fields, that are near where he grew up in Knoxville. Morgan used to play little league games on the Jefferson City fields as a young player.

George Strait made history on Saturday when he played Kyle Field at Texas A&M University. He filled the stadium with 110,905 people, which was the largest ticketed crowd in U.S. history. The previous record was 107,019. That’s how many people paid to see the Grateful Dead at Raceway Park in New Jersey in 1977. Obviously, George also broke the Kyle Field attendance record. Oh, and he has the record for largest indoor ticketed concert in North America, with 104,793 fans at his AT&T Stadium show in 2014.
Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department” is the number one album for the eighth consecutive week. She has reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 14 of her albums throughout her career, with “The Tortured Poets Department” now tying “Folklore” for her third most weeks topping the charts at 8, trailing only “1989” and “Fearless”, which both spent 11 total weeks at No. 1.
“Inside Out 2” earned a massive $155 million at the weekend box office, surpassing “Dune: Part Two” and “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” to claim the year’s highest opening. This marks the first film to exceed $100 million since “Barbie” last July.
