In addition to topping the Hot 100, “A Bar Song (Tipsy)’ is also the first song to lead in streams, radio airplay, and sales simultaneously since Adele’s “Easy on Me” accomplished the same feat back in 2021.
‘Deadline’ says ‘Aquaman’ director James Wan is in talks to direct a reboot of the horror classic ‘Creature from The Black Lagoon’ for Universal. The original film was released in 1954, and unlike other Universal monsters like ‘Frankenstein’ and ‘Dracula’, ‘The Creature’ hasn’t had several remakes. Meanwhile, Leah Whannel is reportedly working on a ‘Wolf Man’ movie for Universal, too.
Fox Corp is on the verge of a massive touchdown. The 2025 Super Bowl ad spots are reportedly almost sold out! Super Bowl LIX will air live on Fox on Sunday, February 9 from New Orleans, Louisiana’s Caesars Superdome. Variety reports that nearly all of the ad time has been sold already, and Fox is asking for over $7 million for a 30-second commercial and is lining up ad support for its telecasts of post-season Major League Baseball.

Kesha celebrated her 2009 hit ‘Tik Tok’ surpassing a billion streams on Spotify by recreating one of its lyrics. She posted a video of herself brushing her teeth with Jack Daniels. Netflix greenlit an animated “Ghostbusters” series that will be tonally like recent live-action films. Elliott Kalan will serve as writer, showrunner, and executive producer for the show. Further plot details haven’t been revealed.
