The “Dune” prequel series, “Dune: Prophecy”, will debut on HBO/Max with 6 episodes, starting on November 17. The show explores the origins of a powerful order of witches, set 10,000 years before the events of the “Dune” movies.
Simon Cowell decided to postpone auditions for “Britain’s Got Talent” following the death of Liam Payne. This isn’t surprising, given Simon’s long history with Liam and his band, One Direction. Simon formed the popular boy band on “The X Factor (UK)”. He also mentored the group to 3rd place on the series, and they eventually signed with the music mogul’s record company.
The deluxe version of the Gracie Abrams album “The Secret of Us” drops today. The new edition has 7 additional songs and includes all 3 of her live Vevo recordings: ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry’, ‘I Knew It, I Know You’, and ‘Free Now’.
The first trailer is out for the documentary about Megan Thee Stallion’s rise “as she tenaciously navigates fame, grief, pressure, and success”, according to the description. Directed by Emmy winner Nneka Onuorah, “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words” arrives on Prime on October 31.

After announcing in 2021 that she’s writing a book about a ghost who is stuck in limbo, she posted this week that she’s “away writing my novel and learning about myself!!!” She also mentioned her “crazy girl crushes…who…inspire me.” Those include Pamela Lee Anderson, Natalie Portman, Camila Cabello, Kylie Jenner, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore.

Riley Green and Post Malone showed up unexpectedly Loser’s Bar & Grill in downtown Nashville recently – but not for the reason you’d expect. Rather than hop on stage and sing, they put on aprons and jumped behind the bar, slinging drinks for star-struck patrons. One fan said that Posty made screwdrivers for her and her friends, and Riley used her phone to take a selfie with patrons.

The next big Country crossover collaboration might be coming from Zach Bryan and Snoop Dogg. The only question is . . . what is THAT gonna sound like? Snoop broke the news on the “Today” show. He said, “Zach sent me a song. I gotta put a verse on it.” He even mentioned how much he loved the interview Zach did with Bruce Springsteen for “Rolling Stone”. Snoop said, “I’m inspired, seeing that from him, with The Boss.”
Lionsgate is developing “Dirty Dancing: The Musical” for Broadway debut in late 2025, with plans to expand globally. The production, based on the 1987 film, will follow Frances “Baby” Houseman and Johnny Castle’s story with iconic elements reimagined.
Apple TV+ renews “Shrinking” for Season 3. The show features a therapist (Jason Segel), who challenges norms by bluntly advising clients, leading to transformative impacts. The cast includes Harrison Ford in a rare TV role.
Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, aren’t done yet! It looks like two new duets are in the near future! He recently spoke with CMT backstage on his tour and talked about being a dad, tour life and singing with Kate! Kane shared that he and Kate have found two more songs that they plan on recording together. One of which is, “way more country than the other one. The other one is just blatantly pop.”
