Robert Eggers has reportedly finalized a deal to direct a sequel to the 1986 Jim Henson musical fantasy film “Labyrinth”, nearly 40 years after the original. The cult classic included beloved characters like Jareth the Goblin King, played by David Bowie, and Sarah, played by a young Jennifer Connelly.
Marvel fans won’t be seeing Benedict Cumberbatch’s ‘Doctor Strange’ anytime soon. Doctor Strange played major roles in both “Infinity War” and “Endgame”, but says he’ll be sitting out the next Avengers flick, “Doomsday”, which was announced at last year’s San Diego Comic Con. But the hiatus won’t last long. “Doomsday” will be followed by “Avengers: Secret Wars”, and Benedict says he will be “in a lot” of that one.
