“John Wick: Chapter 4” star Shamier Anderson has landed the role of controversial Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson in “Hate the Player: The Ben Johnson Story”. Airing early next year, Shamier will play the runner who was the world’s fastest man at the 1988 Olympics but was stripped of his medals for doping.
It’s been nearly 16 years since the “balloon boy” story captured the attention of millions. And now, the family behind the bizarre news story is speaking out in an upcoming Netflix documentary. Premiering July 15, “Trainwreck: Balloon Boy” revisits the notorious day in 2009 when a homemade flying saucer soared through the Colorado sky supposedly with a 6-year-old boy on board. But the child was not inside the saucer after all, stirring outrage from both the local community and the public.
Ed Sheeran releases ‘Drive’, his song from the soundtrack of the new Brad Pitt film “F1”. He has already performed the song in concert, but the version from the soundtrack features John Mayer on guitar and Dave Grohl on drums. The soundtrack, which also features Tate McRae, Doja Cat, RAYE and Rosé, arrives June 27, along with the film.

Disney’s announced that it will release an unnamed Marvel Studios movie on December 15, 2028. That would mean that four Marvel films are set for 2028, even after Disney boss Bob Igor said Marvel “lost a little focus by making too much.” Insiders say the other Marvel films set to open in 2028 are ‘Blade’. ‘Black Panther 3’, and a ‘Fantastic Four’ sequel.

Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” will continue on Bravo for at least two new seasons. The late-night talk show was renewed as he signed a three-year extension with NBCUniversal. Andy said, “After more than 20 years with Bravo, I’m full of intense gratitude that I get to continue living out my dream here.”
