During a recent appearance on the British TV show Jeremy Vine, Samantha Markle apologized for publicly talking smack about her half-sister Meghan Markle. “There is so much water under the bridge and so much has spun out of control that was never intended to,” Samantha explained. “I think everybody was hurt by not being included or invited to the wedding, but I felt as though it could have all been nipped in the bud had everyone been included and we all just agreed to move forward with positive resolve, and the hurt feelings wouldn’t have snowballed.” She continued, “Believe it or not, it doesn’t mean that we love you any less. I just think that families can be this way when there’s confusion and when people are hurt. So, moving forward, I apologize and I wish things could be different.”
Yesterday one news outlet said Childish Gambino, Justin Timberlake, and Kanye West are set to headline Coachella in 2019, with Gambino on Friday, Timberlake on Saturday, and Kanye on Sunday. While the rumors have not been confirmed by any of the artists, it does look like it would work with their scheduled. Childish Gambino and J.T. have never headlined the festival, while Kanye hasn’t headlined since 2011.
Speaking of Justin, he posted a photo of himself working in his upcoming book Hindsight & All the Things I Can’t See In Front of Me. His wife Jessica Biel was quick to comment. “My wordsmith at work. Always in aw of your big… brain,” she wrote, alongside a kissy emoji. Justin’s book is available on October 30.
Sharon Osbourne is reportedly stepping down from the British version of The X Factor after she slammed the competition as “f**king karaoke” and called the contestants “little s**ts” in a recent interview with Howard Stern. Sharon also insulted the show’s creator Simon Cowell saying, “He’ll do whatever he has to do to get his f***ing fat face on TV.” Sharon has since issued a statement saying she doesn’t think she’s “needed” on X Factor and has “decided to pass on the series this year.” Meanwhile, an insider says, “Sharon is going to try and spin this as her choice to leave, but after that disgusting interview there was no way Simon Cowell or the executives would have her back on the panel… Not only did she make shocking attacks on him, she slagged off the show itself and the lovely members of the public who decide to audition. Good riddance to her.”
Bradley Cooper has revealed that he once lost out on a role because he wasn’t considered attractive enough. “I’ve always been an underdog. I was always operating under the lens of not really being seen as the ‘main guy,'” he tells W magazine. “I’ve heard it all my career. Early on, I didn’t get a role because they said I wasn’t ‘f**kable.'” He goes on to say that he’s learned to ignore negative feedback. “In the end, you have to reserve your attention for the work and not listen to anyone,” he notes.
A federal judge rejected Beyoncé’s request for a permanent injunction to stop a Texas company from selling knockoff merchandise bearing the name “Feyoncé.” In a lawsuit filed back in April 2016, Queen Bey claimed the brand infringed her trademark rights and would confuse consumers. So how did they win? The defendants said they created a mark that sounds like “fiancé”–their core customer–in a “play on words” that could dispel any confusion with Beyoncé. There you go… Beyonce, you’re big, but you don’t get to own the word Feyoncé.
Kanye West failed to drop his promised Yandhi album on Saturday, September 29, because he has plans to finish it in Africa. He says, “We have to go to what is known as Africa. I just need to go and find out what it is really called,” the rapper and fashion designer continues “…And have my kids in the studio. And have the mic in the open, so you can hear nature while we’re recording.” Kanye adds that the LP will now be released on Friday, November 23, which is also known as Black Friday.
It probably goes without saying that Kanye West is difficult to live with. Kim Kardashian opened a little window into that insane asylum on this week’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.
She said, “We had a fight because I wouldn’t get him a Band-Aid.”
What happened was, Kanye asked Kim for a Band-Aid, and she told him to look where they keep the Band-Aids. Well, he didn’t like the color of the ones he found there. So Kim looked in the kids’ room and found Jesus Band-Aids.
Those didn’t make the grade either. Kanye told her, “I’ve slaved around the world for you making clothes for you to make sure that you find the best outfit and you let me go out wearing a Jesus Band-Aid.”
He wanted a skin-colored Band-Aid. So Kim told him to call the housekeeper and have her get him a Band-Aid. To which he replied, “Why can’t you get it? You’d get Saint one.”
Coming up with Josie and the City, Cardi B turned herself into authorities yesterday… I can’t believe what she did! Details at 8:40.
Cardi B turned herself in to authorities on Monday in New York for allegedly ordering her people to beat up a pair of strip-club employees in August. Cardi was officially arrested and charged with two misdemeanors, assault and reckless endangerment, and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 29. Sisters June Jade and Baddie Gi were allegedly badly injured while working as bartenders at Angels Strip Club in Queens, New York, after Cardi got her entourage to assault them with chairs, bottles and a hookah. While both were badly hurt, they reportedly refused medical attention. My source says Cardi has a longstanding beef with Jade because she believes she once slept with Cardi’s husband, the Migos rapper Offset.
Lindsay Lohan is used to being in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, but her latest controversy is next-level, even for her. But the child-star turned Greek night club mogul doesn’t really see what the big deal is.
Over the weekend, Lindsay posted (and since deleted) a video of herself attempting to “save” a pair of Syrian children from their parents, as they were all evidently living on the streets. After being told that she was “ruining” Arabic culture by Lindsay, the mother snapped and punched the star. “Hey everyone, I just want to show you a family that I met,” Lindsay said at the beginning of the video, as she got out of a car in Moscow. “A Syrian refugee family that I’m really worried about. They really need help.” She continued: “Look at them, they’re trafficking children. I won’t leave until I take you. Now I know who you are. Don’t f*** with me. Hey kids. This is not Arab. You’re ruining Arab culture by doing this. You’re taking these children; they want to go. I’m with you, I’m with your boys, don’t worry. The whole world is seeing this right now.” On Monday, Lindsay was filmed walking nonchalantly down the streets of Paris grinning at paparazzi. An Instagram post put up after the video was published reads: “Life is a series of tiny little miracles. Notice them.” She tagged it: “#B4yourself #LOHANFOUNDATION #DOWHATEVER IT #TAKES @lohanbeachhousemykonos.”
A study shows that a lot of the hate aimed at “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” was spread by Russian trolls. Okay.
