In a new excerpt from her upcoming memoir This Will Only Hurt a Little, Busy Philipps claims that James Franco assaulted her on the set of Freaks and Geeks in 1999. She says that a scene required her character to gently hit Franco in the chest during a conversation. James was caught off guard and allegedly broke character to attack Busy. “He grabbed both my arms and screamed in my face, ‘DON’T EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN!'” Busy writes. “And he threw me to the ground. Flat on my back. Wind knocked out of me.” She goes on to call the actor a “f**king bully,” and says he apologized to her the next day, but was never punished for his behavior. Busy previously discussed James’ behavior during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. When asked about the most difficult celebrity she’s ever worked with, she replied, “James Franco… When we were 19, we were on Freaks and Geeks and we really, really disliked each other. It’s well-documented. He, like, shoved me to the ground once. It was really brutal. But we’re friends now and we really like each other now as adults.”
Dolly Parton was recently interviewed for the Daily Mail. She talked about how she has stopped business meetings so men can stare at her chest. ”Everybody wants to look. I always understood guys would want to look at my boobs. I would say in a business meeting: ‘I’ll give you a minute to look at these but then I want you to listen to what I have to say because I’m here to make money for all of us.’ ”
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have gotten coordinating tattoos inspired by Toy Story hero Buzz Lightyear’s famous catchphrase: “To infinity and beyond.” Photos shared by NYC tattoo artist Mr. K show that Joe got the words “To infinity” and a star inked on his wrist. Sophie has “and beyond” with a rocket ship on hers. The 29-year-old pop star and 22-year-old Game of Thrones actress also have coordinating tattoos that pay tribute to their respective grandfathers.
Ben Affleck, just got out of rehab! What was the first thing he did? Head to the mountains of Montana with a Playboy playmate, apparently. Ben’s 22-year-old Shauna Sexton, posted several pics and videos on her Instagram late Sunday featuring gorgeous footage of the Rocky Mountains in Big Sky–including one photo featuring the side and back of what is clearly Ben’s head as he sits in the driver’s seat of their car and turns to look at a deer along the side of the road. Shauna also shared a pic, presumably taken by Ben (he’s already an Instagram boyfriend), of her catching a fish in a river.
Meghan Markle’s nephew Tyler Dooley has joined the cast of MTV’s upcoming reality show The Royal World, which follows a cast of English royals and aristocrats who come together for one summer in the English countryside to live like monarchs. Tyler is the only cast member from America. He is the son of Meghan’s former stepbrother Thomas Markle Jr. He is also one of the few members of Meghan’s family that hasn’t talked smack about her. Instead, he’s cashed in by opening a marijuana shop in Oregon called Royally Grown. He even created a marijuana strain in honor of his aunt called “Meghan Sparkle.”
Katy Perry has revealed that she’s taking a break from music now that her Witness tour is finished. “I’ve been on the road for like 10 years, so I’m just going to chill. I’m not going to go straight into making another record,” she says. “I feel like I’ve done a lot. I feel like I’ve rung the bell of being a pop star very loudly, and I’m very grateful for that.” The 33-year-old singer also shares, “I’ve done a lot of work lately in the past year on my mental health, on my spiritual and emotional side. Now I’ve been trying to find the balance and not overindulging, just trying to stay grounded.” Katy goes on to call her boyfriend Orlando Bloom a “great anchor” who calls her out when she’s being “cuckoo.”
Lady Gaga’s fans are lashing out at Katy Perry after she liked a social media post making fun of A Star Is Born. It all started when Twenty One Pilots tweeted a picture spoofing the film poster and wrote, “Make the right decision today at your local record store, online, or wherever CDs are sold. Our new album Trench is out now.” Katy was one of the people who liked the tweet. It’s not the first time that Katy has thrown shade at Gaga. When Gaga released her controversial, religion-themed video for “Alejandro” back in 2010, Katy tweeted, “Using blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke.”
Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson had a party at his house on Sunday. Dakota’s parents, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, were there . . . along with Sean Penn and Julia Roberts. And there were pink and blue balloons.
So TMZ decided that Dakota is pregnant, and it was a gender reveal party. She’s not, and it wasn’t. It was a birthday party for Dakota, who turned 29 last Thursday.
TMZ did get some good photos, though, including shots of Melanie Griffith and Sean Penn taking a smoke break together.
Halsey recently took to Twitter to share her frustrations about eggplants. “Does anyone know how to tell if an eggplant is ripe enough? Where the f**k is @chrissyteigen when I need her?” she wrote. Teigen was quick to respond. “I’ve never bought, seen or eaten an unripe eggplant. I feel like they’re all the same,” she tweeted. “Unless you’re talking about emoji eggplants, those are not all the same.” BuzzFeed notes, however, that Teigen’s actually wrong about this. When shopping for ripe eggplants, you should look for glossy skin and no dimpling or bruising. If you press your finger into the eggplant and it leaves an impression that fades right away, your eggplant is ripe. If the impression lingers, it’s too soft and if there’s no impression, the eggplant is immature.
If there’s one thing Stormy Daniels regrets putting in her new book “Full Disclosure”, it’s her rather graphic description of President Trump’s little commander.
She tells “People” magazine, “I was very angry in writing that, and now that the book is out and people are reading about it and it’s all over the internet, I actually feel pretty terrible about it . . . because in a way it’s body shaming.
“I did not want to hurt him. My intention was for people to stop hurting me.”
