Tye Sheridan, Tom Hardy, Pete Davidson and Bill Skarsgard have all joined the cast of “The Things They Carried,” a Vietnam war movie that will be directed by Rupert Sanders. The film is the story of a platoon of soldiers during Vietnam and their experience on the front lines. Production is expected to begin in early 2021 in Thailand.
A new documentary about Princess Diana is in the works. Director Ed Perkins says that although the Princess’s story has been told and re-told many times, he aims to “reframe it for a modern audience and make it feel as fresh and relevant as it ever has”.
