Drizzy explained that he ran into band member Kevin Richardson prior to the DNA World Tour show and told him the story of how the band impacted him during his youth.

Travis Barker is shedding some light on his health. The Blink-182 drummer, 46, said he is “currently much better” after he was hospitalized due to “life-threatening” pancreatitis. “I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great,” he recounted on his Instagram Story. “But after dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since. During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis.” “I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment, I am currently much better,” Barker added.

Alanis Morrisette honored her friend and former bandmate, the late Taylor Hawkins, who was her drummer from 1995-1997. While onstage at a recent show in London, Morrisette paid tribute to Hawkins during her first two songs and while playing her hit song, “Ironic”. Images of the drummer flashed onscreen as well as a message that read “In memory of Taylor Hawkins.” Alanis performs at RBC Bluesfest later this month.
