Sum 41 have announced that they’re breaking up, but before they do, they’re giving fans one last tour. There will also be one final album from Sum 41 before they call it quits. The band wrote in a statement “Being in Sum 41 since 1996 brought us some of the best moments of our lives. We are forever grateful to our fans both old and new, who have supported us in every way. It is hard to articulate the love and respect we have for all of you.”
Christina Applegate says she’s “probably not going to work on-camera again”, but she will voice ‘Kelly Bundy’ in the upcoming “Married With Children” animated series. Christina, who wrapped up her Netflix series “Dead to Me’ amid her battle with MS, said she “can’t even imagine going to set right now. This is a progressive disease.”
Brad Pitt is getting into the cockpit for an upcoming Formula One film. The movie, about a racer putting his retirement plans on pause for a younger driver, will have “Top Gun: Maverick” director Joseph Kosinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer at the helm.
Jeff Healey’s trailer for “See the Light”, a documentary covering the life and career of the late Canadian guitar legend, has been released. No word on when the doc drops.
Abel Tesfaye might be done with his performance name, The Weeknd. In an interview with W Magazine, he explained what he’s going through: “I’m going through a cathartic path right now. It’s getting to a place and a time where I’m getting ready to close the Weeknd chapter.” He continued, “I’ll still make music, maybe as Abel, maybe as The Weeknd. But I still want to kill The Weeknd. And I will. Eventually. I’m definitely trying to shed that skin and be reborn.”
Britney Spears’ “brutally honest” memoir has reportedly been put on hold over concerns from some A-listers mentioned in the book. According to the US Sun, “Strongly worded legal letters have been sent to the publishers by people who know Britney and who fear what she has written.”

A doctor from the TLC show “My Feet Are Killing Me” saw a picture Chris Pratt posted of his toenail and diagnosed him with a fungus. He said Chris needs to see a podiatrist, but it’s not life threating.
“Rolling Stone” ranked every song from the “Guardians of the Galaxy” trilogy. The top three are “Flash Light” by Parliament at #1, followed by “Surrender” by Cheap Trick, then “The Chain” by Fleetwood Mac.
“SWAT” was un-canceled by CBS and will return for a seventh and final season. But “True Lies” and “East New York” were canceled after one season.
Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren went to a Taylor Swift concert in Nashville over the weekend, and he shared pics and clips on Instagram. They were typical Swifties . . . dancing, singing, and shouting, while temporarily losing their minds. The caption included this recap of the night: “Voice lost, check. All the merch, check. Heard [the song] ’22’ in the rain, check. Inspired to play a four-hour show, check. Four hours of sleep, check. Worth it. @#TSTheErasTour.”
Taylor Swift refused to cancel her Sunday night concert in Nashville despite heavy rains and a four-hour lighting delay. An attendee said the crowd how to remain under covered areas of the outdoor stadium while they waited for the show to begin. Concertgoers were standing so closely together in such chaotic conditions that many had panic attacks, got sick, threw up and passed out. Taylor finally took the stage at around 10 p.m. and performed until around 2 a.m.
Beyonce is on track to have the highest grossing tour of all time with her upcoming “Renaissance” tour. According to Forbes, the singer could earn nearly $2.1 billion from her “Renaissance” World Tour — which is $500 million more than the $1.6 billion Taylor Swift could earn from “Eras. “Renaissance” could gross between $275 million and $2.4 billion from tickets alone by the time it ends in September.
Variety reports that Kelly Clarkson’s Emmy Award-winning talk show will be moving from Universal Studios in Los Angeles to NBC Studios in New York. This comes after New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed into law New York’s Film Tax Credit, which encourages eligible television productions to move to the state.
