Apple TV+ has announced a new original “Peanuts” feature film. It’ll follow ‘Snoopy’ and ‘Charlie Brown’s’ biggest challenge yet, as the Peanuts characters embark on “an epic adventure to the Big City, learning the true meaning of friendship, while meeting some surprising new friends along the way.” Production will begin in 2024.
Rob Lowe’s new Fox competition show “The Floor” has set a January 2 premiere date. The actor serves as a host and producer on the physical quiz show. The official logline says ‘The Floor’ “is a spectacular battle of the brains in which 81 contestants stand on 81 squares on a massive game show floor, competing for a whopping $250,000 prize.”
Taylor Swift’s “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 in it’s first week of release, becoming her 13th #1 on the chart.

Elton John may be done touring, but, as he announced from the stage at the Rock Hall of Fame ceremony, he’s got a new album coming. As he inducted his musical partner Bernie Taupin, he said: “We’ve just finished an album in Los Angeles which is going to surprise the _____ out of you — oh I can’t swear! And it’s absolutely wonderful.”

Bruno Mars has partnered with Fender to create his first-ever signature guitar, the Bruno Mars Stratocaster, which launched this week. The Limited-Edition guitar comes in a new caramel color, and includes a leopard print strap as a nod to two of Bruno’s own guitar heroes, Jimi Hendrix and Prince. The Bruno Mars Stratocaster retails for $3,000.
Peso Pluma, Bebe Rexha & David Guetta are the first performers announced for the upcoming 2023 Billboard Music Awards, scheduled for Sunday, November 19th. Taylor Swift is the top finalist this year, with nods in 20 categories.
Dua Lipa surprised fans outside the BBC studios in London this week by letting them listen to her forthcoming song ‘Houdini’ on her phone. Photos on social media show the singer standing outside the building with a small crew holding a mirrorball and banner reading: “Congratulations, you are the first person to hear Dua Lipa’s brand new song.”
TMZ spoke with Nick Cannon at LAX about Bre Tiesi claiming on “Selling Sunset” that she’s “done that,” referring to Michael B. Jordan. The star told the outlet that it was “way before” him and added, “Everybody got a past, right?” Nick and Bre share a son named Legendary Love.
