Sabrina Carpenter has announced the release date of her album. She wrote on Instagram: “’Short n’ Sweet’ MY NEW ALBUM IS COMING OUT AUGUST 23rd!!!! this project is quite special to me and i hope it’ll be something special to you too.” She also told fans to expect a “new and exciting surprise” tomorrow night.
Jennifer Lopez has been scoring big streaming numbers with her new Netflix film “Atlas”. According to Variety, the Sci-Fi thriller is beating the competition in viewership despite terrible reviews. “Atlas” ran away with the most streams for the six-day period beginning May 24 — when the movie dropped — to May 30. “Atlas” received 1.3 billion minutes watched on Netflix and 11 million views, taking home the biggest title on the Netflix charts.
It looks like Weird Al Yankovic could be teasing a cameo for the final season of ‘Stranger Things’. Posting an IG photo of himself with Finn Wolfhard and Gaten Matarazzo, Weird Al wrote, “Yesterday was pretty bizarre, but stranger things are happening today.”
Greer Grammer is joining her dad, Kelsey Grammer, in the revival of “Frasier”. Paramount+ just announced that Greer has joined the series in an exciting new role. Greer will play Alice, daughter of Roz, who is in her late twenties and is as “friendly, outgoing” and “free-spirited” as her mother.

Nickelodeon has revealed a star-studded list of nominees for its annual Kids’ Choice Awards. Leading the pack with 6 noms is Taylor Swift, followed by Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus and Beyoncé, with four each. Hosted by ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ and ‘Patrick Star’, Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will premiere air July 13.
“House of the Dragon” showrunner Ryan Condal is keeping his word on a promise he made to fans: There will be 5 new dragons in Season 2. In a press conference ahead of the HBO series’ upcoming premiere, Ryan pointed out that he made the promise “5½ years ago”, “5 new ones that you haven’t seen before.” The season will premiere on June 16.

A new book from Lisa Marie Presley, titled “From Here to the Great Unknown: A Memoir”, is set for publication on October 15. Lisa Marie, the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, died in January 2023. And her posthumous memoir was finished with the help of her daughter, Riley Keough, who is credited as a co-author on the book.

Paul Giamatti will star in a TV adaptation of Eli Roth’s horror franchise “Hostel”. The series will be a modern adaptation and reinvention of the low-budget horror films that followed American tourists being tortured and killed.
