“Heated Rivalry,” Jonathan Bailey, Cynthia Erivo, Bella Ramsey, Reneé Rapp, Colman Domingo, Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan are among the nominees for the 14th annual Queerties. The Queerties is “the pop culture awards show where queer people honor the best of the best, voting for the talent and creatives who inspire and pave the way for the next generation of queer youth.” Winners will be revealed at a Los Angeles ceremony in March.
Kristen Bell will return as host of this year’s SAG-AFTRA’s Actor Awards streaming live on Netflix, March 1, from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall. She previously hosted the event in 2018 and 2025.

Rush will release “Grace Under Pressure: Super Deluxe Edition” on March 13 in 5 formats, including a limited-edition 4-CD + Blu-ray set with a 52-page hardcover book. Universal Pictures has tapped “Pitch Perfect” director Jason Moore to helm a feature film adaptation of “Murder, She Wrote” starring Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis. She will take on the iconic Jessica Fletcher role originally played by Angela Lansbury in the beloved CBS series that ran from 1984 to 1996.
William Shatner confirmed that the viral photograph of him eating cereal behind the wheel of a car was taken during a Kellogg’s Super Bowl commercial shoot. When asked if he actually eats cereal while driving, William joked, “Kellogg’s Bran Flakes are so tempting, I might have succumbed to eating while driving with my knees.”
Director Andy Muschietti says a single extended version of the two “IT” films is now being developed. The horror series, based on Stephen King’s novel, was released in two parts in 2017 and 2019, with Bill Skarsgård starring as Pennywise the Clown. Andy said in a new interview that the project will feature new scenes and a different structure.

Amazon Prime Video will premiere the “Legally Blonde” prequel series “Elle” on July 1 and has already renewed it for a second season. The series follows Elle Woods, played by Lexi Minetree, during her high school years. Reese Witherspoon, who starred in the original films and serves as executive producer, said sharing Elle’s origin story “is a dream come true.”
