Netflix has revealed the star of its upcoming “Scooby Doo: Origins”, the first time in the Scooby-Doo franchise that Scooby will appear as a real dog. The series, currently in production in Atlanta, is set to premiere in 2027. The just-released teaser begins from a dog’s POV, with the sound of paws running on the ground and an occasional bark. The quick clip then cuts to the adorable Scooby-Doo excitedly jumping into Shaggy’s arms.
