All proceeds from calendar sales will benefit the Ottawa Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Ottawa First Responders Foundation.
Background info about this year's calendar:
In the wee hours of Saturday, October 28, 2023, Ottawa Firefighters and staff from the Ottawa Hospital safely moved 17 neonatal ICU babies down eight flights of stairs to be taken to CHEO due to the power loss from the fire at the hospital that started the night before. Most of the babies were under 1000 grams (2.2 pounds).
This year's Ottawa FireFighter Calendar will feature 11 of those 17 babies and the firefighters who helped move them.
All proceeds from calendar sales will go towards the Ottawa Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Ottawa First Responders Foundation.
