Drake didn’t want someone who spent their hard-earned money on tickets to sleep during his concert. Last Friday during the Milwaukee stop of the “It’s All A Blur” tour, Drake spotted someone catching a nap during the show. Drizzy walked to the front row and started singing “Too Good” loudly to wake the guy up. A video of the Drake alarm showed up on TikTok.
MTV announced nominees for the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, and Taylor Swift is leading the pack with nods in eight categories, including Video and Artist of the Year. The microphone that Cardi B threw into a Las Vegas crowd after being splashed with a drink sold for $99,900 on eBay. The price started at $500 and attracted more than 120 bids to the auction set up by the owner of The Wave, the audio company contracted for Cardi B’s show. The listing promised to donate all the proceeds to two charities, Friendship Circle Las Vegas (dedicated to special needs kids) and the Wounded Warrior Project (dedicated to injured veterans).
Ed Sheeran did his first onstage gender reveal at his Kansas City concert last weekend, but it turns out he still needs some practice. The couple in question told a local news station this week that while Ed revealed the baby to be a girl, that’s not the case. “We had a family friend look at the chart, so everybody was surprised, and they misread it and they read my gender, not the baby’s gender,” Erica Garcia Gomez shared.
