Like give it to somebody else. Fantastic.” Despite fans expressing their frustration over her omission, she reassured them of her affection. She said, “I love my fans. Always!”
Ryan Reynolds confirmed in an interview that he’s got some stuff already written for Deadpool’s return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While there’s no info, yet on what he is cooking up for his foul-mouthed superhero, it appears it will not be a standalone “Deadpool 4” movie. Ryan said that Deadpool is also “a supporting character. He is a guy who is great in a group.”
The first reviews for the Michael Jackson biopic “Michael” are out, and Rotten Tomatoes critics are not entirely thrilled with the big-screen story of the King of Pop. Starring the late music icon’s nephew and Jermaine Jackson’s son Jaafar Jackson, “Michael” plays in previews today, before opening widely in theaters tomorrow.
Warner Bros. has unveiled the first teaser trailer for “Practical Magic 2”, the sequel to the 1998 romantic fantasy film, starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. Nearly 20 years later, they reprise their roles as whimsical wiccans desperate to free themselves from a centuries-old family hex that has resulted in the deaths of all the men they’ve ever fallen in love with. It arrives in theaters September 18.
We’re not sure why, but Katy Perry is releasing the “director’s cut” the video for ‘The One That Got Away’, a song that came out in 2011 from her biggest album, “Teenage Dream”, and featured narration by Stevie Nicks. A 7-minute director’s cut was shown in movie theaters in November 2011. It’s not clear if this version is different.
Thomas Dolby and a Flock of Seagulls will lead the 2026 Totally Tubular Festival, an ’80s-centric road show that began in 2024. The festival tour launches on July 17 in Phoenix and wraps August 16 in Aurora IL. Also in the lineup, The Motels, The Producers, Animotion, The Escape Club and Tommy Tutone.

Recently, Kayti Edwards, who is the step-granddaughter of Julie Andrews, revealed that she has a 15-year-old daughter, Ever, with Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman. “Cher got in touch with me last June and asked if it was true, so I had to confess…When she heard the news, she was speechless.”
Shaboozey will preview his new album “The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales” with a “pop-up saloon experience” starting Friday at Stagecoach. According to him, “It’s a western about revenge told continuously through every song, centered on the character Cherie Lee.” It’ll be released on July 31.
Just before his appearance at Wrestlemania 42 over the weekend, it was announced that WWE is releasing 2 official Jelly Roll action figures. According to wrestling fans who saw the action figure reveal, it is pretty spot-on with what Jelly Roll wears in the ring and includes his face tattoos.
Morgan Wallen is set to donate $1.2 million to Gibbs High School to update their baseball field, which was renamed in his honor last year. He graduated from Gibbs in 2011 and was part of their national championship team in 2010. His donation through his foundation would be used to transform the field into a, quote, “versatile, state-of-the-art multi-use athletic field” and to build a softball hitting and pitching facility. The donation is awaiting county approval.
Paramount Pictures will re-release “Top Gun” in IMAX and other premium formats for its 40th anniversary, beginning May 13 for one week only. The 1986 Tom Cruise blockbuster will be paired with 2022’s “Top Gun: Maverick” in a double feature presentation.
Jack Quaid and Claudia Doumit reportedly married Saturday during an intimate ceremony at Mona Farm in Braidwood, Australia. Attendees included his parents Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid, plus Alec Baldwin, Tom Hanks, Kevin Costner, and Henry Golding. The couple’s “The Boys” co-stars Karl Urban, Colby Minifie, and Nathan Mitchell also attended.
