A TV drama chronicling the early life of Celine Dion is in the works. The show, with the working title “Growing Up Dion” marks the first time the singer’s family has formally supported a dramatized adaptation of her childhood, with her brother Jacques Dion producing, and the show based on the book “Dion, A Family Saga”, written by her nephew Jimmy Dion.
Bee Gees singer Barry Gibb is okay, contrary to a Facebook report that he died. The 79-year-old was the subject of a page titled “R.I.P. Barry Gibb” last weekend. Barry’s family said he is “healthy, happy, and living life at his Miami-area home.”

Tom Hardy was apparently not fired from Paramount+ series “MobLand” despite recent rumors. “Tom was not fired, the door is not closed for Season 3 and things are being worked through creatively,” a production source told Variety. The actor plays gangster Harry Da Souza alongside Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren in the Guy Ritchie-produced crime drama.

Lionsgate has announced that “John Rambo”, a prequel to the long-running action series, will open in theaters on June 4, 2027. Set before 1982’s “First Blood”, the story explores the early life of the soldier who became John Rambo. Noah Centineo plays the title role, joined by David Harbour as Major Trautman, with Yao and James Franco in undisclosed parts.
Nicolas Cage has revealed that he legally changed his name last year. Born Nicolas Kim Coppola, he adopted the stage name early in his career to avoid association with his uncle, director Francis Ford Coppola. In an interview with Variety, Nicholas said, “I am Nick Cage. I changed my name legally last year. I’m Nick Cage in life, and I’m Nick Cage on camera.”
